Each student organization must annually complete a registration form and submit it to the Student Leadership, Involvement, and Community Engagement (SLiCE) Office. This is required in order for our office to have the most accurate and up-to-date listing of active student organizations on campus.
The registration form is available to complete online. Please download the forms, complete electronically, then print and sign the forms and submit them to SLiCE.
All forms must be submitted, including the Registration Form, Advisor Agreement and Signature Page. Signatures must appear in all places noted on the forms.
Students frequently ask about providing their CSU ID number. This number is used in order to verify officer eligibility and is required in order to complete the registration process. The number is removed from the form after being processed by the SLiCE Office.
As a part of this process you must identify your organization's primary purpose, leaders, advisors, etc.
