Rental Information

• Items may be picked up from the SLiCE office Monday through Friday, 8 am until 5 pm.
• Payments (cash, check, or IMO only) must be made on the day of the pick-up.
• Discounts will be given for renting multiple items or when renting items for multiple days.
• The Snow Cone machine and Cotton Candy machine can only be used for events in the Lory Student Center or on the LSC Plaza. The Canopy can be rented for any on-campus event.
• Rental reservations are made on a first come first served basis.
• Rent the Snow Cone machine, the Cotton Candy machine or the Canopy for $30 for registered student organizations or $35 for departments and other campus entities.

Supplies for the machines can be purchased from any retailer usually for less than $10 per supply item. Student Organizations does not endorse any vendor.

The Canopy

Canopy can be rented for two consecutive days. The Canopy is 10 ft x 10 ft and can be used both indoors and outdoors.
