Resource Room Guidelines
Expectations for Room Usage
Supplies for the Resource Room are provided for by student fees. Please respect the room and its contents and utilize appropriately. All Student Organizations Office, Lory Student Center and University policies must be followed at all times.
The Resource Room materials should be utilized for small, inconsistent projects. The room provides services/materials for maintaining the everyday functions of the student organizations and is not intended to replace any professional functions. If an organization has a request for extensive use of resources, they must complete a Special Projects form, which can be found in the Resource Room check-in notebook. These forms will be reviewed on a weekly basis (on Mondays) and organizations will be notified if they are able to complete the requested project. Additional charges may apply.
